Quick Bug Fixes/Balancing


When I first uploaded the demo last night it was very impulsive and I overlooked certain aspects of the game. So to better convey the overall concept I'm going for,  I changed the gameplay balance a bit.


Changelog:

  • Added max populations to  colonies based on their habitability score
  • Science is generated a bit slower
  • Balanced upgrade scale cost
  • Reduced the starting number of foundable colonies 
  • Colony technology now increases number of foundable colonies by 3 instead of 2
